![]() ![]() I'm writing this in December because of Kevin Alexander, a journalist with Thrillist, and his long article-confession entitled: I Found the Best Burger Place in America. I'm happy because, if I had stayed on the beaten track, the memory that I would have brought home would have been a procession of tourists lined up to take the same picture of the top 10 places not to be missed in Iceland. In August I was in Iceland and I am happy to have travelled in the desolate interior - apart from when the car almost left me stuck in the middle of a river crossing that I thought was less deep ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Because the road to hell is paved with likes, ranks, and ratings of the “can’t miss” experiences that everybody wants to have. ![]() You can't eat the best burger in America anymore: it was so good that they had to shut the place down. ![]()
